Hi! I’m Erica, and I’m excited to work with you! I have always been inspired by people’s ability to change and grow, and believe that every individual has a unique and meaningful story. I have also found that relationships – to ourselves and others – are an integral part of the healing process.
I want therapy to feel safe and comfortable. Together we will explore what’s working, what isn’t, and the steps towards achieving what you want.
I meet my clients where they are at and can work with a variety of issues. I’ve enjoyed working with people who are dealing with trauma, OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, depression, eating disorders, relationship concerns, and faith crises. I utilize various modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I know that therapy can be challenging but healing is always worth it. I’d love to meet with you!
